The Path of the Wise Ones is currently looking to fill the following positions:
· Fundraising Director
· Instructors for the Learning Circle
· New Members
Okay, I borrowed the title line from the character Maya from Starhawk’s novel The Fifth Sacred Thing. But it is true. No matter what your path or belief system, there is a place for you within our community. At the Path of the Wise Ones, we are creating a sacred space for all pagans to come together in fellowship, worship, and mutual learning. We are non-dogmatic. That means we don’t tell you what to believe, we would rather learn from your body of experience, and share your dreams. For those that are new on the path, and for those that wish to become ordained clergy, we offer classes via the Learning Circle, our Academy of Witchcraft and Paganism. All classes are provided free of charge, in lieu of a $15 annual membership fee in the tradition.
Why should you pay $15 each year to be a member? The Wise Ones Tradition offers several different social programs to support those in need: the elderly, the unemployed, people who need a hand up from life’s circumstances. The member fees are used to help fund our programs.
Please take a moment to visit us at www.wise-ones.org. If you are interested in the Fund Raising Director position, and would like further details, please contact Serenity at lady.serenity@wise-ones.org. For more information on becoming an instructor, contact the chancellor Jason at lord.jason@wise-ones.org.

What justifies calling it a "tradition"? A tradition needs to have some sort of structure. A structure has limits. If anything your group would be an order, but even then it's pushing it a bit, as orders have structure as well.
